AMS Barista Club at UBC

AMS Barista Club's core goal is to create an open community for coffee enthusiasts, offering a platform for students to connect, learn, and explore the world of coffee in various ways. Despite the growing coffee industry in Vancouver and the keen interest of many students in coffee culture and cafe work, limited opportunities exist, often constrained by time, budget, and background limitations. To bridge this gap, our club aims to provide students easily accessible experiences that offer foundational knowledge and chances to learn diverse coffee-related skills, all without requiring employment at a cafe or paying for private lessons.
