Our aim is to educate students about eating disorders and promote a positive connection with food. As students, we face challenges like limited resources for healthy meals and time constraints on proper nutrition. Moreover, societal pressures, especially through social media, can lead to unhealthy relationships with food and even eating disorders, negatively impacting our quality of life. As a club, our mission is to break this cycle and guide students towards food freedom. We strive to offer support and resources for students to guide them to develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise by preventing the development of harmful eating patterns.
