AMS IRC @ UBC

Islamic Relief UBC is a student-led club working to implement the values of the faith-inspired humanitarian organization Islamic Relief Canada across the UBC Campus. Their mission is to mobilize Canadians to transform more lives worldwide in the most trusted manner. At UBC, we are a humanitarian organization uplifted by values such as compassion, community, and most of all, humanity- welcoming and serving all! Because global change stems from local effort, we are working to empower our UBC community and the BC community at large through working alongside the IRC regional team in BC to foster community connections and inspire outreach and volunteer work. Islamic Relief Canada works within communities to strengthen their resilience to calamities and provide vital emergency aid when disasters occur. They provide continuous care and aim to provide lasting results for families and communities.
