Welcome!
We are creating a community of peer-support, open-discussion, and self-improvement. The 3 ways we do this are our action-focused discussions, active GRIT challenges, and volunteering events!
As a member you can also expect to have an opportunity to try new hobbies and activities through our collaborations with other clubs, and chill member social hangouts.
If your looking for a community to help you be the best version of yourself, you've come to the right place!
Our discussion events are focussed on mental-health and self-improvement related topics. Our members form groups and share their experience and strategies that have helped them grow in these related areas.
Discussion Event Schedule:
Sept 17th - Finding Purpose | Sept 24th - Essentials to Journalling
Oct 1st - Health is Wealth | Oct 15th - Crack the Code: How to Get Higher Grades | Oct 22nd - Journalling to Dig Deeper | Oct 29th - Escape Negative Thinking
Nov 5th - How to Beat Addiction | Nov 19th - Matching Actions to Words | Nov 26th - Quote Unquote: Exploring Perspectives
Did you know that the Anterior Cingulate Cortex is responsible for tolerance to stress? Like a muscle, you can develop this part in your brain by doing things you don't like doing!
For this reason we created our GRIT Challenges. During these challenges, we test our limits to build our discipline and resilience, while also getting physically healthier in the process! Whether it be a run, sauna, or cold-plunge, we always go hard, and we always have each-others backs!
