AMS MUO Pediatrics at UBC

This yearly staple showcases art pieces inspired by succinct prompts related to pediatric health, produced by the UBC community, elementary schools in the lower mainland, and artists around the world. This expressive exposition celebrates the diversity in interpretations and experiences of pediatric health and wellness, while encouraging reflection on the challenges that disease may bring to our at-risk youth.

Through our varied social media platforms, we will be publishing infographics and other educational resources to increase awareness surrounding pediatric diseases and medical topics in relation to the pediatric population. In doing so, we strive to further inspire the UBC student body and Greater Vancouver community's interest in the importance and value of supporting our challenged children. This project is one of many pushes to generate awareness and excite conversations on strategies to better support the health and well-being of children and their families.

Our club’s fundraising events are a delightful and impactful way to support the pediatric community! We start with our cookie fundraiser, featuring treats that bring a touch of sweetness to the UBC community and aid young patients and their families. Our donut fundraiser adds a bit of indulgence, offering a variety of flavors to brighten everyone's day. Our samosa sale spices things up with savory snacks, catering to diverse tastes while raising crucial funds. For an exciting twist, our Squid Game fundraiser brings fun and competition together, creating memorable experiences while supporting pediatric care. And that’s just the beginning—our ever-expanding array of events is designed to engage our community and generate essential funds for pediatric initiatives.
